I have been more than pleased with the quality of service I have received in the 3 years I have been dealing with the staff at BookMyRooms They truly do know the meaning of customer service. I love the fact that they work directly with the hotel for my very large, ever changing rooming lists. I send the updated information to them and they relay the information directly to the hotel. What a huge perk for me. I have been in Event Planning and Trade Show management for 10+ years and since I have been working with BookMyRooms.com, I have more time to actually work on the logistics for my company and staff and less time dealing with hotels. They are true professionals and continually keep mine and my company's best interest at heart. I will never go back to booking my own room blocks again for my trade shows and conventions.
